Can I purchase only the fabric for the backdrop without the stand if I have a previous order with Gogoprint?
Yes, you can buy the fabric backdrop only if you have have a previous order with us. Please note that the cover can only fit the structure you purchased with your previous Gogoprint order.
Can I use your fabric backdrop outdoor?
The custom fabric backdrops are best suited for indoor trade shows or events. Outdoor usage is possible as well, however prolonged outdoor usage may have an impact on their long-term durability.
What is the delivery time for fabric backdrops?
This varies depending on the backdrop type you chose. Once artwork is confirmed, we will deliver the straight tension fabric backdrops within 7 working days. The delivery time for the door shape fabric backdrop is 5 working days after artwork confirmation.
Do you provide fabric backdrops in custom sizes apart from the standard options?
Unfortunately, we only offer the sizes listed on our website.
Is it possible to print on both sides of the fabric backdrop?
Yes, we provide printing options for both single-sided printing (only front) as well as double-sided printing (front & back) on our fabric backdrops.
How do I properly set up a fabric backdrop?
Our fabric backdrops are easy to transport to every event location. They are designed for a convenient and fast set-up at your event or trade show and easily to pack up after the event is over. Our backdrops are made from high-qualiy materials and are highly durable – perfect for your regular use.
