Having difficulties or questions with the process of ordering and designing our Non-Woven bags online? Worry not, we are here to clarify things with our simple guide.

 

1. Configuring your Non-Woven Bag

In this page, you will see various types of non-woven bags, ranging from different sizes to colors. Once you pick your preferred type of bag, you can choose the color of your choice. And by referring to the stock available, you can type in the amount of products you need. 

In addition, you can also choose if you want to print on only the front of the bag, or both front and back of the bag.  Next, you can select the number of imprint colors to print with, depending on how many colors your artwork has. If you need more details of the product, you can also refer to our site’s product description, delivery time and more.

In short:

  • Pick the bag of your choice
  • Choose your preferred color
  • Enter the total number of products you want to print
  • Customize your order by picking our offered options, like the Imprint Method, Printing Location, number of Imprint Colors etc

  • Click "Customize"

  • Upload your artwork
  • Go to checkout and place your order 

A bit about the printing process:

Non-Woven bags are printed using a process called Silkscreen printing. This process uses a stencil-like screen for each color to be printed. This screen is permeable in the design areas only and allows paint to seep through to the substrate (Non-Woven bag) and thus print the required design.

 

2. Submission of Design:

Before placing your order, always check the maximum dimensions of the printable area for the specific Non-Woven bag size that you want to order. Each bag size has different maximum dimensions, and your design will be printed to fit into this area.

 

Uploading the Designs

Please take care of the following items while finalizing the design file:

  • Make sure your artwork is in vector
  • Make sure your file format is in Ai, EPS or PDF
  • All fonts must be outlined (converted to curves, so that it cannot be edited by typing)
  • Colors used in the artwork should be in Spot color (Converting your artwork colors to Spot Colors)

If you are choosing to print on 2 sides then you should submit 2 files, or 1 file with 2 pages of your design. You may also put a brief of your artwork before placing the order. After you are done ordering and have submitted the artwork to us, you will receive an email from our designers. Which will have an overall mockup preview of the bag with your artwork placed onto it as reference.

Once the designs are approved, a second mockup will be sent to you for the final approval. After that you can sit back and relax while waiting for your awesome bags to arrive at your doorstep.
