Step 1: Pick Your Product & Design Service

Select the print product and the design service you need from our website. Most of our products come with design service so you can select the one that best suits your preference.
Step 2: Fill in Design Brief

Once you’ve placed your order, we will send you an email for the design brief so you can let us know the details to amend or create the design of your mind.

You’ll get a minimum of 2 revisions where our professional designers offer full artwork support to adjust the artwork till it matches your final ideal creation. Just remember to provide all the little details and exact pictures or logos so the final artwork is exactly what you imagined.

Our team will contact you via email for the artwork creation process and you’ll get a final preview of the design before it goes for print.
Step 3: Print & Delivery

Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll prep the final file for printing.

2. What is the Free Artwork Fix?

If your file isn’t print-ready, we’ll correct technical issues like bleed, safety margin, size alignment and colour conversion to CMYK for free.
3. How long does the design process take?

You’ll receive the first design draft within 1-3 working days after you’ve placed an order. The whole timeline depends on the number of amendments and requests you make after the first draft.
4. What if I already have a design—do I still need your service?

If your file is ready to print, you can go straight to upload your own design. But if you’re unsure, just upload it– we’ll go through the design and do a Free Artwork Fix to check and make basic adjustments for you. If it requires more complex editing, we’ll contact you so you can decide the next step.
5. What counts as a revision?

A revision is a change to the existing design (e.g. text edits, colour changes, layout tweaks). We include a minimum of 2 revisions for any design service and we’ll let you know before any extra charges apply.
6. Do you design logos?

We DO NOT offer logo design, image creation or provide images as part of our design service. To ensure quality and avoid copyright issues, we require all logos and images to be provided to us in the design brief.
